DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS AT MXCO

On Saturday, October 31, Día de los Muertos returns to MXCO for one night only.

DJ Salla and DJ Mixican are back for round two, bringing reggaeton, cumbia and salsa from 19.00 and into the night. Come dressed for the occasion and take part in our costume competition, where the best costume wins a private dinner for 10 people at MXCO. There will also be more prizes throughout the evening and face painting for anyone looking to complete their Día de los Muertos look.

And, of course, there will be food. For the celebration, the kitchen has created a selection of special dishes available exclusively on October 31, served alongside our regular menu.

SPECIAL DISHES

VOLCÁN – 130 SEK
Crispy baked tortilla with cheese, al pastor meat, coriander and salsa verde cruda.

PAN DE MUERTO – 46 SEK
Soft, buttery Mexican sweet bread flavoured with orange zest and anise, topped with sugar.

CONCHAS – 46 SEK
Fluffy Mexican sweet bread topped with a crisp, shell-patterned vanilla sugar crust.

TAMALES – 75 SEK
Steamed corn masa filled with roasted poblano chilli and cheese or slow-cooked pulled beef.
