José Manuel Cruz Martinez brings the flavors of Mexico City to Stockholm with MXCO, offering their own corn flour, handmade tortillas, and a cocktail and bar menu where mezcal and tequila take center stage. MXCO is a complete experience, with genuine food, drinks, and atmosphere.

“A visit to MXCO should feel like stepping into a lively neighborhood taqueria in my hometown Mexico City,” says José.

The drinks at MXCO are just as carefully curated as the food. Head bartender Brenda Corghi, formerly of Trädgården and an expert in mezcal and tequila, has collaborated with Björn Kjellberg to create unique cocktails for the restaurant. The cocktail menu features updated takes on classics, such as a Negroni made with tequila, a Paloma with watermelon, and of course the Margarita — where an entire lime is freshly squeezed for every order.
