Block Party at Klara’s Restaurant District

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a block party on Klarabergsviadukten – Stockholm’s new restaurant hub right above Central Station. On Saturday, April 5, we’re joining forces with our neighbors Griffins’ and Popina Vitti to create a day full of flavor experiences, a spring market, DJs, and a festive street atmosphere.

At MXCO, it’s all about Mexico in the glass as we welcome Rosa Montiel from Agave by Montiel in Copenhagen – Scandinavia’s leading importer of mezcal. Throughout the evening, Rosa will be mixing her personal favorite cocktails and guiding curious guests through the multifaceted world of small-batch mezcal. It’s a unique opportunity to taste artisanal varieties and learn more about the culture, traditions, and stories behind this captivating spirit.

For the occasion, our kitchen has also created a special 6-course tasting menu – exclusively designed to pair with mezcal’s complex, smoky, and deep flavors. A culinary journey through Mexico, blending traditional and creative elements, crafted for those who want to experience how food and mezcal elevate each other.

Our neighbor Griffins’ is showcasing their selection of exclusive meat cuts, with meat experts on-site throughout the evening. Even brunch gets a festive upgrade, offering more for meat lovers to enjoy – a must for carnivores.

Popina Vitti brings a spring market to the street just outside the restaurant, with Italian delicacies, beautiful flower bouquets, and spontaneous wine tastings. A perfect taste of Italy in the heart of the city.

Swing by and enjoy a Saturday where our three restaurants spill out onto the street, the DJ keeps the vibe alive, and spring gets the welcome it deserves.
